Having once been a victim of domestic violence, I know the pain and embarrassment of this crime only too well. Palm Beach Institute for the Entertainment Arts is working with the Broward County WOMEN IN DISTRESS organization to raise awareness and much needed supplies.
Please consider donating: cleaning supplies, kitchen supplies, adult and children personal care items, infant needs, maternity clothes, shoes, slippers, umbrellas... you name it, they need it!
Items can be brought to the Institute. We will deliver to final destination.

My sincere thanks to all those PBC residents - known and unknown - who have helped to get our SUITCASE AND SUNDRY DRIVE in support of SPEAK UP FOR KIDS PBC off to a rousing start. What a joy it is to arrive at the Institute and find suitcases filled with stuffed animals, clothing, books, and toys outside our door.
We have just begun to make a dent in our optimal goal so, please, if you have an unused suitcase, overnight bag, duffel bag, backpack, or anything that can hold a child's treasured items, drop them at the Palm Beach Institute for the Entertainment Arts.
If you do not have suitcases, stuffed animals, et al, please consider making a donation to SPEAK UP FOR KIDS PBC. The children in foster care would have less of a chance for a brighter future if not for this organization.
